Manmadhan Ambu is a forthcoming Tamil romantic comedy film directed by K.S. Ravikumar, Written by Kamal Haasan, it stars himself alongside R. Madhavan, and Trisha Krishnan in the lead roles, whilst featuring Ramesh Arvind, Sangeetha, Manju Pillai and Oviya among others in supporting roles. The entire film was extensively shot across Europe and on a cruise ship. The film is currently undergoing post-production work and, following a grand audio launch event in Singapore, would be released worldwide on 17 December 2010. This film is said to be loosely inspired from the 1998 English flick There’s Something About Mary.

Audio Launch
Music is scored by Devi Sri Prasad, after initially Shruti Hassan and later Thaman were reported to be the music composer. It has been reported that Kamal Haasan and Trisha will be lending their voices for a specially arranged song. The entire audio launch function, to be telecasted by STAR Vijay, would happen for two days, with a pre-event celebration to be held on 19 November on the SuperStar Virgo, concluding with the official soundtrack release that would happen the next day at the Max Pavilion, Singapore Expo.
