Negative Aspects of Interviews

Attending an interview in the right time is very important to get a job. Going to interview late is creating bad impression on you. We know about famous proverb 'First impression is the best impression' it definitely applicable to this interview session.But when you are going late will create bad opinion.

Getting a job is not difficult but negative aspects leads to interview rejection.If you are going to interview without any rehearsal which leads to negative aspect.When you are going to attend an interviewwithout knowing the company profile and job description.It also a negative remark for you.

Some points:

No Proper Timing: If you are going to interview for our convenient time is not appreciable. You will create bad impression on your timing,then how can you impress the new employer. First of all,timing plays a major role in the interview schedule.There is no other way to satisfy your new employer with your educational qualification or degree score.

No respect to the interviewer: When you are facing the interview, no formal wish to the interview and saying thank you.Not giving respect and talking like a friend which leads to negative aspect during interview

Talking bad things about the previous employer: When you have experience,you need to tell about your previous employer.If you are sharing only negative points about the last employer,it surely leads to bad impression on you.Many of the interviewee donot know how to handle theinterview and sharing all the points with the other employer.

Attending mobile phone: In the interview, answering your mobile phone is not recommended by consultant.Talking unnecessary things through cell phone and loose talk with your friends/relatives during interview panel or sending mail through mobile.

No formal dress: The interviewer checks our dressing sense and attending an interview in casual wear is not suitable.No one know much about the interview type and how to dress for an interview.Wearing jeans, t shirt are not recommended for an interview,costly ornament and sexy clothes are also not applicable.It will create bad image on us.

Inappropriate resume: No one suggest you to attend the interview without knowing about the company and job profile.Some of the interview is not suitable for your education background and job nature. We would not recommend you to attend which leads to rejection or lack of interest on that job

Lack in confident: The candidate who dont have confident or less confident are not able to get a job after their higher studies.If any one do like this,he / she can able to attend manyinterviewsbut not able to get a single job or will not work for long term.

Poor motivation: Few of the candidates dont have good motivational skills,then he or she has no enough skills to face the interview or may under estimate about them or job profile. If you are going to attend an interview with less confident,then you will succeed in that interview.

These are some mistakes which the candidate usually do in the interview panel. If you do like this, you are rejected soon or not eligible to get a job
