Description:
• Acquire knowledge on products and procedures

• Efficiently handle inbound and outbound calls to resolve overseas customer queries

• Electronically process data and respond to customers queries pertaining to banking transaction from our offices across the globe

Job Experience: Fresher

Qualification: UG - Any Graduate - Any Specialization,Graduation Not Required
PG - Any PG Course - Any Specialization,Post Graduation Not Required

Skills:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to interpret and handle complex numerical data

• Excellent interpersonal and negotiating skills

• Good keyboard skills

• Flexibility to work in shifts
