Provides principled leadership & sound business ethics. Regularly coaches staff to drive performance against objectives; provides ongoing, constructive feedback. Manages 8 - 10 restaurants. Supervises Restaurant Mgrs, Asst Manager & Shift Managers.

6 - 8 yrs supervisory exp in Food Service or Retail. Track record of workplace achievement of Profits & development of managerial employees. Proven ability to drive customer satisfaction, financial performance & employee satisfaction.
