Job Description
 
To launch & manage a new concept bar cum restaurant. Assist F&B Manager in Planing menus & Forecast of Budgeted revenues.Strong working knowledge of food service in speciality rest. & exposure to bar. To maintain PR with clients.
 
 
Salary:            INR 2,50,000 - 3,25,000 P.A

Desired Candidate Profile

Atleast 2 years experience as a Asst Rest Manager of a Star Hotel is a must. Should preferably be an IHM Graduate with experience in good chain properties. Should be dynamic with leadership skills & good knowledge of latest F&B concepts and trends.
