Age less than 30 years. Total 4 Years Exp & Minimum 2 yrs in operating Restaurants independently. Should have sound knowledge of Kitchen Processes, Inventory Management, Service Standards, Cash Control, Staff Handling, Equipments & Maximising Revenue.
