Positive Thinking Exercises and Activities

A positive thinking exercise that is simple to do every day is positive confirmation. You may not know what it is, but we will tell you. A confirmation is something positive that you say to something already done and it can be a useful tool to use to move the way you think from negative to positive. What you need to do is come up with a couple of statements like "I'm creating a spectacular day" or "money and success are drawn to me" and spend some time each morning and each evening, if you can say them aloud.

You should try to make different statements that apply and make the most sense to you, you should also set them in present and in a positive manner. This can be very effective. Listen to positive music everyday is quite effective. It can be anywhere, it might be in your room or even in your car. The car is a good place to listen to this kind of music.

This is a great place because many people tend to spend a lot of their time on the road. You should try listening to music that you feel is inspirational and you feel good while listening to it. A good idea would be to buy motivational personal development CDs but they have not only be played while your driving, they can be played while the bus well.

Another activity would be to make a whole bunch of positive images and surround yourself with them. These types of images can be anything from famous quotes to inspiring images or you can even make use of affirmations as you do and write them down on cards. But you should always have physical reminders of things you think are positive in the vicinity at all times.
