History of Cosmetology

Cosmetology is the study and application of beauty treatment. Branches of specialty including hairstyling, skin care, cosmetics, manicure / pedicure and electrology. People are inspired by nature and learned many things, including the color of their face and body. Replacing the body color started by men. It was developed to help in the hunt as camouflage. Man is attracted to a woman who is natural. If you ask a man what he wants with women, the answer will be a list of things and most importantly face. Many methods developed to improve and refine the features of the face.

Cosmetology may be divided into seven parts Esthetician, Hair stylist, Manicurist, Beauty Therapist, Nail Technician, Electrologist and shampoo technician.

Esthetician: They are also called skin-care specialists. They can work in spas independently or they can work under the guidance of a doctor. They can not prescribe medication, but can perform certain specialized treatments such as Facials, waxing, bleaching, etc.

Hair Stylist: They can do haircuts, coloring, relaxer, etc.

Manicurist: They take care of hands and feet. Working on called manicured hands and works on the feet called pedicure.

Beauty therapist: You can do massage, eyebrows and eyelashes shaping, makeup, surgical face lifts, muscle toning etc.

Nail Technician: They can do manicure, pedicure, fake nails, gel nails, nail art, etc. They have knowledge of nail disorders and can tell you to see a doctor.

Electrologist: They specialize in all types of electrolysis methods. Electrolysis method of hair removal is permanent.

Shampoo Technician: They specialize in many kinds of soaps and conditioners. They have a good knowledge of chemicals.
