A Quitter Never Wins - Winner Never Quits

Bottom line, there is the difference in mindset between a champion and just a fighter. The difference between winning and losing. It is the attitude you need to overcome all obstacles in your training and matches. Focus, hard work and dedication are some of the key factors in shaping a champion. Knowing the proper way to train / condition your mind and body will increase your chances of becoming a champion. So how do you do it? Firstly, start with your strongest asset or weapon you have, your thoughts. We are all in control of our destiny because we control our thoughts. "What the mind can believe MIND can achieve"

Many people do not like to hear it because it makes them responsible for where they are in life, it takes away excuses for not trying or not giving up. It's all about attitude that sets you apart from everyone else. DO OR DIE is the attitude you need to defeat your opponents in the ring or outside it in the real world. When you do not feel like training because you are sore, tired from a long day at work or your hand hurts, or there are other things you need to get done these excuses, you put in the way so you do not achieve your goals. You have to train and condition your mind to focus on your goals, so you have a burning desire to get it.

If two opponents of equal strength and fighting ability steps into the ring the man with the stronger mind will prevail. Here are some ways to train your brain to have the edge over your opponent. Take time to visualize the battle or technique in your mind with a clear, detailed and realistic picture for 10-30 minutes twice a day once in the morning when you wake up and before going to sleep. This will be positive signals to your subconscious.

Find a quiet place at home, sit or lie down, what makes you comfortable and begin to visualize.

Always visualize what you want to do, not what your opponent will do, because you can only manage yourself.

Visualize you are always moving fast, easy and be victorious, standing over your opponent with your arms up in the air with the championship belt around your waist.

Visualize as if you have already achieved your goal, smelling scents of the arena. Taste the salt from your sweat on your lips. Hear the audience shouting your name. FEEL and touch the championship belt around your waist and audience energy as you put your hands up in victory.

Surround yourself with positive people who pressure you to be your best, believe in yourself and your goals and will help you achieve it. Supporting people around will help deflect negative thinking and will rub off on you, we become who we hang out with.

Read biographies of your idols on the obstacles they overcame to get to where they are today.

The key to visualization is to have 100% belief and faith that you will achieve your goal, and this is your purpose and destiny. Push away any doubts you have when it comes into your mind and negative thoughts will lift the positive message. After a while the good it will be easier to believe what you tell yourself. The mind can not tell what is real or imagined, when you keep telling it no. You will unconsciously begin to believe these messages. attract people in your life that will help you reach your goal and you will start ACTING, training and fighting like a champion.
