Every time you tell someone to do something or when somebody like your boss asks you to do something write it down in your book along with the date and time. Do not be afraid of being thought of as a person with a very bad memory. It won’t be long before people start to think of yourself as a well organized person.

4. If you have an electronic pocket organizer be sure to use it.

Every time someone gives you his or her telephone number, immediately enter it in the pocket organizer, together with the person's name of course.

These things are beyond the scope of this book. We were forced to have plans for daily, weekly and monthly activities of your business and yourself as well.
