Pang Yiu-kai has been re-appointed Quality Education Fund Steering Committee Chairman for two and a half years from July 1. The fund was established in early 1998 with $5 billion in capital to fund community initiatives which promote quality education in Hong Kong. The committee advises on the fund's policies and operation.
