ister for Industries Mian Manzoor Wattoo has said that his ministry shall undertake a complete review of the automobile industry and shall also reassess the facilities and protections extended to the automobile sector. He was talking to The News here on Saturday.Wattoo said he had been receiving various complaints from the general public regarding lax quality controls in locally produced vehicles and also industry related objections from various stakeholders, including dealers and local industry vendors. “I assure you that this will not be a cosmetic exercise but a meaningful exercise,” he said.
