Meanwhile, CPI State secretary K Narayana, accompanied by parents of A Srikanth, who was missing in Malaysia met the Chief Minister and requested him to take necessary steps to trace him. In a memorandum to the Chief Minister, A Kanakaiah, father of Srikanth, said his son, a software engineer working for KISL Software Company was missing in Malaysia since May 23. Repeated enquiries from Srikanth’s employers drew blank as they said he came to office on May 22, left his laptop and mobile and did not return since then. They also informed Srikanth’s parents that they booked a complaint in the local police station.
