How Much Sex is Normal

It is a question that a lot of people ask themselves, but they may not want to ask someone. Have you ever wondered how much sex is normal in a relationship? Think you can have too much or not enough sex? The fact is that each person has a different sex drive, but there are some averages and other statistics that you may find interesting that may help you or give you a little insight into what goes on in the bedrooms of your friends .

How much sex is normal? It really depends on whom you ask. When you're young, you normally have a more active libido and you also have more energy and less responsibility. The result is that when you are young, you generally have more sex than you do when you're older. As you get older and your libido waxes and subsides, and you have much more on your plate, so sex may not be a priority that it once was, but it's still definitely something you want to participate in regular intervals.

According to a study conducted by a reputable condom manufacturer, Americans have sex about 125 times a year, give or take. It means that Americans are having sex at around 37% of the days of the year, which is not bad at all. Of course, this is an average, and when you ask people how often they have sex the answers can vary from several times a day for a few more times a year.

When one looks at the responses provided by those willing to respond, you will usually find that people have sex two to three times per week on average. Of course, for those who are younger or who have just got together, they will probably be having more sex than those who have been together for 25 years, but this is just a generalization because there are many couples who continue to have large, regular sex throughout their marriage.

A new study suggests that all American's and others should begin to have more sex than they already do. Not just because sex is supposed to be an enjoyable get together with two people, but because it is good for you! A recent study shows that if you have sex 200 times a year, you can actually reduce your physiological age of six years! Even if you do not feel you have the time to have sex, why not make time a couple times a year than you already do? It will bring you closer with your partner, and also help you to turn the clock back just about all bodily functions which tend to slow down as we get older.
