How to Help Recover Your Libido

Many men and women are horrified when their partner is suddenly not so interested in sex as they once were. Of course first we all fear that we are doing something wrong, or that we no longer turn our partner. After some discussion, who the person is not interested in sex realize that the problem really is with them, they just do not like. One's libido is changing over time, and some days or weeks and months, it is much more fired up than the others. It can be difficult when your libido seems to have disappeared, but the good news is that you can get it back.

A great way to restore your libido is to make time for yourself. When you're always on the go the last thing you want to do when you go to bed at night is to have sex. Instead, make some time for yourself, even if it is a 30 minute soak in the bathtub, much time reading, time to meet with friends, or time to enjoy a hobby. When you take care of yourself mentally, you find that your libido will come back in a hurry!

Take time to reconnect with your spouse. If you do not feel connected to you will not have the confidence and respect that you have to have great sex. Once this connection is not there, you just will not have a desire to have sex. When you turn, you suddenly discover that you are much more interested in sex.

Build trust. Many times we lose interest in having sex because we do not feel comfortable with our bodies. A great way to feel more confident about you is to start work or start an old exercise routine again. When you move you will immediately begin to feel better about yourself. You will discover that when you get moving, and you begin to feel more comfortable with your body, you will have much more inclined to have sex, which is a good thing.

Remember foreplay. Many couples get comfortable with a sexual routine and instead of taking their time and enjoying their time together they kind of go through the motions. This can lead to one or both people are not as interested in sex as they once were. Instead of just going through the motions, to be a build up to the actual act of sex. This will leave you excited for your next sex session!

These are some very simple ways for you to restore your libido and start enjoying your spouse again. Most of these are really simple to implement and you will see an immediate change. If you try these things and you still can not restore your libido, you can contact your doctor and ensure that there is a medical reason for your lack of interest in sex.
